Terms of service
The service
Staging lets organizations train their people in security awareness, track completion and keep evidence.
Accounts
The person who signs up must be authorized to act for the organization. Admins are responsible for who they invite and keep their sign-in secure.
Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days with limited courses and people. When it ends, nothing new can be assigned until the organization upgrades; existing data is kept.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to reach other organizations’ data, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Your data
Organizations own their data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice.
Availability
We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Service levels for paid plans are set out in each agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms and will tell admins about material changes before they apply.
